Heat Exchanger

Industrial heat exchanger is used to transfer thermal energy between two or more environments using a working fluid with different temperatures. The finned tube heat equipment is used as components in air conditioning and cooling systems, heating systems, and for safely regulating the temperatures of machinery, chemicals, oil, water, gases, asphalt, and other substances in industrial plants.

 

Different types of industrial heat exchanger

Gasket Plate Heat Exchanger: The design and heat transfer mechanism of the plate heat exchanger result in tight connections, a compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, operational flexibility, a wide range of applications, minimal heat loss, and ease of installation and cleaning.

Copper Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger: Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers (BPHE) can be used both as an evaporator and condenser in chillers and heat pumps respectively. The BPHE allows media at different temperatures to come into proximity separated by channel plates that enable heat from one media to be transferred to the other with very high efficiency.

Shell And Tube Condenser: This variation of the shell and tube heat exchanger is designed specifically for use in swimming pools. It shares the same characteristics of being a wall heat exchanger with the tube bundle enclosed within the shell as the heat transfer surface.

Spiral Tube Heat Exchanger: The right-angle distribution of the heat exchanger interface facilitates pipeline layout and equipment installation during installation. The straight pipe sections at both ends of the winding pipe effectively and evenly distribute the fluid within the shell, ensuring full participation in heat transfer and reducing resistance loss.
